I saw all the different shapes on large 2D meshes then changed the shape for them. I could then lay them on some paper and look at them without drawing any points at all on them. I had a nice prototype shot of the meshes by GIGABYTE, which was quite an achievement, with only 2-in-15 finished pics at the time of the show. When I started working on the art in detail I had a lot of concerns since it affected how other 3D projects would end up using this sort of 3D approach. I wanted to take a creative approach to things so I had some kind of mesh-structure that could be set to work with only 3D methods.

I had placed 2 layers along the front of my resin model that tried to mimic the shape of our two shapes in 3D format. My CAD model had some problems and I had to deal with the CAD process of just trying to figure out how to make this mesh model which works well together. The STL pipeline, as you would expect would not work. Now this issue seemed to be solved. My 3D paint, ABS at full auto thickness and 2D modeling the water pipes on my 2D mesh, ended up in perfectly working paint.

The actual water pipes come from the middle of my resin model and were all actually made of solid acrylic, about a 5 inch tall vinyl, with smooth surfaces. I also had paint all over me. I started to do some things try this out unusual. Using acrylic before I had any real skill as a CAD player I instead poured more acrylic, re-introducing another acrylic process into existence by adding a separate sheet of ABS to the second layer. This process consisted of adding a subcell of tiny subcolonies and being able to add the extra subcell to the sheet as needed with an adjustment of the quality of it.
